More randomness from our dinner table:
Avery: Bee's make honey
Me: That's right, but please chew your food. That's gross when if falls out of your mouth.
Bryce: If you put a shark in the bathtub you will get a lot of exercise.
Paxton: How?
Bryce: Swimming away!
Shaylee: Dinosaurs eats eat like this. (With meatball hanging out of her mouth)
Me: Shaylee that's gross. Please use your manners. And don't spill your Kool-Aid it will stain. (To Paxton): I think we have been letting our kids watch too many Walking With Dinosaur movies.
Avery: Dinosaurs have manners? Lobsters are nice. They don't crush you because we eat them.
Bryce: If you put a raptor in your bathtub you will get lots of exercise running away like this... (Bryce, bolts from the table)
Me: Bryce, sit down please and don't spill your drink please.
Shaylee: what if you put a T-Rex in your bathtub?
Me: You get a new bathtub... and house.
Bryce: Uh oh... is it ok if you spill red Koolaid on a shirt that is red already?
Me (to Paxton): What if you have three raptors at the dinner table?
Paxton (with kids chomping, chewing, spilling and growing in the background): What?
Me: You just try to survive with as little carnage as possible.
